i try to put 1 picture on and it said the file was to big and i see people posting 4-5 pictures of their bikes and stuff how do you do that

That is why, that is almost a meg. No reason for a picture to be that much.
A full page Jpg can usually be around 128k.
Not only does that take a lot of space, but also uses a lot of bandwidth.

Try a different format, or optimizing it.

If your on a PC resize your pic through Paint, it shrinks it a ton.
