this is what happened. i have not changed or left out anything.

i agreed to buy and S3 of him in September for the price of £100. i sent him a check and it arrived. he then informed me that the frame is going to m@tty because of some unrelated drama that i knew nothing about.

i wasn't happy but it was understandable. in desperate need for a frame i asked if he knew any going. he knew of a pantera 2. he asked £70 and i agreed.he cashed the check. he sent it out all well and good and it arrived quick. he was a bit strapped for cash so i said send the other £30 when you get chance.

i got in touch a few weeks after not receiving any money, he then said the £70 did not include postage and he only needed to give me £80. not cool, but i said ok.

it's been 9months. he said he sent cash and it must have got nicked and he is not ever sending it again.

it's not a vast amount of money, thats not why i'm angry. i gave him more than enough time to sort himself financially and he just abused that and chose not not pay.

alot of people have delt with me an have had cash sent to them and they have recieved it and the people iv delt with will back me up when they say im a good dealer ... fuck good ... bloody good dealer !!

theres only ever been 2 problems an seen as i was the middleman to this other deal due to not bein able sell you the s3 which i was also pissed about myself

i had to pay petrol money myself travel to warrington .. not sommet im arsed about due to doin it on a regular basis but i had to get the frame an send it the day before you wanted it meanin i dint get to ride dint get chance to go college and hand in work which was on a deadline, just because you were bein a tit sayin you wanted the frame the next day due to you goin somewhere i had rush round like a blue arsed fly for you, i wasnt arsed at the time due to the circumstances i got the frame sent of to you kept you up to date with how the whole thing was goin on.

i sent money with the frame clearly you dint get that i sent another £20 an fucked myself up for a week couldnt go anywhere includin college, an you said you dint get it ... so to me it got lost/robbed in the post or you got it an said you dint just to fuck me up coz you dint get the s3 .. either way im losin no more money i lost money due to matty and i lost another £20 sendin you extra cash which you claimed you didnt recieve i dont see a signed written contract anywhere sayin i have to send you £20 till you receive it in your hands as far as im concered £40 in total has left my house on route you,
