When I go to attach a file, It tells me that there was a file upload error. Help.

Yeah no kidding. Same problem I had.
It wont upload a pic that i browse for or if i give a link for...

I can't attach pictures either. I even deleted all my old attachments and still no luck.

How large is the file size?

Try changing the file extension to lowercase. May sound trivial, but try it.
