Went to Woburn today. All the jumps are way above my skill level but they look awesome, loads of lines. I stuck to the downhill runs and explored the singletrack. Here's a small portion

Rumoured that they'll be getting plowed very soon but no official word yet AFAIK.

Official word is end of the month sadly. Duke of Bucks put up the rent and insurance put up the premium. Sucks.

I ran ahead a bit and hid, dropped my jeans and took my top off and started chasing them whilst spraying beer all over them and making weird noises.

That does suck, it looks like an awesome place if you're into big jumps. Any idea if the whole lot is being closed to bikes or just the jump area?

I'm guessing just anything that is 'built', for insurance reasons, obviously I don't think they can stop people riding their bikes in the woods.

Last four photos in that post are amazing. That roller bridge thing with the wood/metal frame looks wild.

That looks suspiciously like a skatepark setup to me.
