The rail is a Daniel defense OMEGA X 12.0 FSP
Daniel defense 14.5 " with a VORTEX FLASH HIDER that is PINNED AND WELDED bringing it out to 16" making it a non NFA upper.

In ca we have a Handgun roster. If its on the list then you can buy it. if it is an off roster gun then the only way you can get it in the state is from a LEO or in a PPT with some one who has had in the state already.

Post up what gun you are looking at. because there are alot of snub revolvers on the ca list.
