Nice!  Those RifleGear uppers are a pretty good deal.  I'm not sure if it's true, but I've always heard they use Daniel Defense barrels.  Do you know if that's the case?

Dunno if this got resolved for you, but I've got a mayflower assaulters PC and it's awesome, lighter than the others I've tried and can take soft armour and plate at the same time. Their chest rigs are also awesome, the clip system is great.

Also recommended are blue force gear and velocity systems...

Personally I dont like stowing sidearms or theirs mags on my vest, because it causes inconsistencies when not using the vest. I like to build a bit of scaleability into my load carrying. Sidearm always in belt holster, mags in paddle holster on the left. Sounds silly, I know it's only an airsoft background I'm coming from, but the drills are the same, and I do a fucking whole bunch of mag changes! :)

Condor seems ok but a bit heavy and dated...

condor is good for what you pay for it but there is better stuff out there for sure.

Man, the best thing I could ever hope to own in my country is a .222 rifle and a single shot, 12 gauge shotgun. Lucky Americans.

I feel it would be a better option to just ask about what AR parts you need to build a whole one. I've looked through the riflegear site and my local site and I really can't grasp the whole. If you or Cory could give me a quick run down of how one is compiled I'd be excited to start planning.

You're looking to piece one together and choose all the components or just want something ready to go and doesn't matter specifics?

You can buy one complete.

Here's an exploded view and parts list...
