Speaking of 1911's. I got home yesterday to find a package from Farva on my doorstep. I made a recent order of printed bags for my NME knife & Tool bottle openers but no way they could have arrived that quick. Opened it up to find a handmade leather holster with the NME logo pressed into it. This is by far the best package I've received. Thanks again!

Any update on the tool?

Went to Rifle Gear again today to drop off a barrel I threaded for them
Planned on picking up a weapon light, but the line was out the door again.

Not a huge fan of SureFire but looking into one of their Scout weapon lights. I know they are reliable, but the price, I feel is too high and they look like shit. I know that isn't important but if there are any other lights that can run the SR07 Switch for less that are reliable I'd love some suggestions.

According to Kel Tec's facebook...They shipped the first 300 Kel Tec Shotguns exactly a week ago.  They wont be back until after the new year, but then expect to do 300-450 weekly.

We should be seeing some around soon.

Took the AR and SuperNova out with Super_Chief on Monday. Both ran great. Trip was cut short due to the sun going down, but well worth the drive.

Anyone know a decent online source for inexpensive 1911 grips?

New glock!

I shot a Glock .45 once and wasn't a fan of how it felt in my hand, felt kinda cheap but  for adding to your armory though :)

Birdmane, how do you like that 23?  I was stuck between that and my M&P, how does it shoot and all that good stuff?

Glocks don't fit my hands either.  Can't argue with their reputation though.

On another note, I hit up the range over the holidays.  Buddy brought his new Socom16 with him.  Man, that is one sweet rifle.  Feels a lot different than my 22" barrell.  Its really fun to throw around and dump mags. :D
