that gun couch posted is lude, especially with all the attachments. looks like something straight out of a scifi film that shoots laser beams

there is no first amendment on a forum. either you follow the rules or you get banned... then when they dont have clear ones made up theyll make em.... i should know...

this whole thread makes me green with envy, i see those fucked up 1911 things and think, shit, its like you've got so much choice you can even buy daft stuff that shouldn't even be made,

am i the only sadicase re-watching episodes of "sons of guns"?
what are they actually like in the real world? do red-jacket actually have a solid reputation or is it hyped up for tv?

Red-jacket is a bunch of fucking idiots who used to build decent guns.

Now they are just a bunch of fucking idiots who got busted by the ATF and can't make guns anymore.

Maybe in the south. last time i checked you couldnt just roll in. they do alot of just custom stuff and sell shit super over priced. 1500 for some bullshit DI forged shitty Ar's. you can buy or build nicer shit for way less. that being said that show is really false.. take a look.

Even before the show they were a "by appointment only" type of operation.  A friend went to them to get something done.

Will, owner of RJ, seems like a good dude from what I've seen on the local forum.  As always, TV shows are hyped up and only select things are shown.  As for the loss of FFL and all that I haven't been keeping up so I don't really know what is going on.

even so far removed over here i got that feeling from the show, vince and the welder guy seemed to be the only ones to actually know anything about guns,

the owner and his daughter/her sidekick just seemed so TV,


still,
its way better tan the cringe-fest that is "american guns"......
