Bike Shop rules?

Just wondering if there are any specific rules to the bike shop?
It says "Just like a GOOD neighborhood shop (Do those exist anymore?). Anything bikes." but i seem to notice a lot of very uninformative posts, shit talking, and just stupid behavior in there and was wondering if that type of activity is ok or should i report these post or what? if it'd not ok maybe we need a sticky to remind people to keep the shit to a minimum...

feedback; Ideas?
