English Pointer.
Despite his name the most gentle and loving dog ever.
Fast as greased rat shit and will jump and catch anything which runs on the ground, flies through the air or indeed swims in water.

Oh god that would be tough. Basically she will run around in circles as fast as she can than slide through mud/snow etc. She does the same thing with leaf piles.
