aluminum knuckles
mine are 10mm thick and my sisters (8mm thick) are yet to be finised

I have some ideas to make me new ones, where the knuckles are, I'll bend a 10mm tube like up and down from small finger to pointing finger , thread one end to take a "bowl", so I can use it to smoke weed. weld the edges , so no-one can see that theres a tube, just two holes.

Thinking about wrapping the top with this material I have, but I'm not 100% on it quite yet.

i made a few minibikes in the past, here are two of the most recent ones.

these things are pretty fun offroad and a good alternative when you dont have space for a real dirt bike.

elliptical header. at work.

321 stainless steel. 6mm thick, just under 6 meters long, 1600mm wide and 600mm high.

Theres 3 in total, this is the first one. There are pipes to go through those holes and stiffeners to add, along with a flange and an end plate.

Bump and an update on my Elliptical Header from a few posts up.

Stiffeners, pipes,end plate and flange are on, its currently being welded up.
I'll try to get some pictures of the underneath at somepoint, but we break up for X-mas tomorrow so it doesn't seem likley.
