My Kink Dirty Dan was an awesome bike.  Went on some unforgettable road trips on this rig.  It sadly got stolen from me way back when.  I found the wheel set a few years after the bike was stolen and promptly took them off of the bike they were on then proceeded to smash the bike into a flat piece of metal out of rage(it was locked out front of a Bennigans.  I hope the dude saw me...haha).  I rocked the John Deere paint job on many a bike, but this was the last John Deere bike I had out of respect for the Sidepipe.  Thanks for the good times, bike!!!!

WTF was I thinking with that cable routing on my seat tube?  haha

Matching Goodtimes shop sticker.  Iowa pride!

me too, the other green bike he had in that article was sweet too.
I miss when companies didnt have every single component for a bike, and bike checks were much more interesting...

I really miss this Barcode.  Stolen in San Diego the day I was about to head up to Woodward West.  There's never a good time to have your bike thieved, but talk about shitty timing.

I don't know if I miss the bike per se, but the times when I had it. My best riding memories are with this setup. I was motivated on learning new stuff and had a great time almost every time I went riding.

This was also the first time I had a 21" TT, brakeless and pegless freecoaster bike. After that it's pretty much been my go-to setup. Also this frame had the perfect geometry; all of my frames after this one have had pretty much the same specs. It was at this point that my bike had become exactly how I wanted it: my bike hasn't gotten any better after this, only different. At 23 lbs this is also the lightest bike I've ever had.

Seshin Shithawk, spring 2008.

Wouldn't mind having my Superstar back. It was some weird pre-production model that I got cheap of some old BG person, and had a super short backend (for the time). It just ridiculously dented up and I couldn't trust it anymore.

Wouldn't mind having my PW moto back, too. Not because it was my best riding bike ever, but i learned a ton of trick on it, and was around for a very important time in my life. Also, it is the only time I've gone out and purchased pretty much an entire new bike at once. (though my pre-megatour purchase spree was almost on that level)

Lastly my 125R. I raced on it for 3 years, had a ton of ups and downs on it, and loved the way it rode.

that standard is awesome!  what gear ratio did you have on that thing?  i'm looking  to build a similar race bike..
