I spent about 10 minutes trying them for the first time last Tuesday and had about 5 attempts today, this is what I've got so far. I think I need to put my knees over more.

flat bottom. good going on the quick progress though. try them on hips as well i find that easiest.

Nice one, I'll give it a go. I'm having a battle with learning them really, over the years have started holding my brake lever in the air without realising and pressing it slightly at the peak of my air. Having to relearn airing with my hand off the lever so I can twist my hand round and it feels messed up!
