Just put a new 29t Lite sprocket on my bike. It was just sitting in a semi-local shop for quite a while until Tree recently bought it back, bored it out to 15/16ths, and then sold it to me. I know its not the coolest thing, but I always thought the old american made ones were the most badass, so I'm pumped on having one on my bike again.

Pulled my busted front end of my bike apart, cleaned the salt water rust out of my headtube and cleaned / regreased my headset bearings..

Drilled out the top cap of some P.O.S. forks with 990's to fit this awesome front brake set up I've barely got to use.
Replaced the cable wire in my Nokon cable.
Set up my front brakes.
Got blisters on two of my left fingers.

Rebuilt my KHE Geisha Lite freecoaster and reduced the slack.. Still need to find my spoke tool to finish that up..

Up next will be cleaning and rebuilding the hubs.. then cleaning out the frame and setting up new cranks..

My bike got completely submerged in some awesome salt water so now I get to tear the bike apart and clean all the rust/bearings/bullshit.

The gussets are awesome.  My wife has been needing my name carved into her for about a decade.

Tinkered with the front brakes and trued my rim a bit.
Re adjusted my headset so it didn't feel like shit.
Built my KHE Geisha lite up to a 48h Hoffman Generator and I'll get to play with that when I sort out my cranks.

Besides that, it's not what I did to my bike but what my bike did to me.. which was give me a peg to the shin while I was wearing shorts so it busted open and bled all over the friggin' place.

Slammed my wheel, noticed it's kinda dumb as I usually don't have chain breaker which is dumb, too. Of course got a flat, switched a new tube on, it exploded at like 30 psi although it was installed correctly, switched tube again to a patched one, the patch is just half on. I'm already mad and frightened of dying from a heart attack before I'm 30.
I couldn\'t tell if she was wet or the pasta was just beyond al-dente.

I am pretty impressed with the finish. Used leather from an abandoned sofa. The centre piec aint the best job and the stapling and gluing aint tip top but better than an off white and torn cover...
