my parts came in from empire, profile mini on a ribcage, fit faf-k, hub guard and the first issue off the albanion that I've read and I was impressed!

also grinded a rail and wrecked some spokes on my brand-new wheel....

put freestyle bike together last week. I've been dealing w/ a herniated disc in my back but today it felt pretty nice so I went out to do some curb 180's and got a pinch flat. walked home 5 blocks. felt like old times.

and now my back hurts again.

Tore it down, rawed and re painted the frame, got some new wheels, brakes, cable, and chain, cleaned eveything else, waiting for the paint to dry then put it all together.

Fitted some SLX brakes to my DH bike. Not sure on them yet. Lever feel is really nice but they don't seem to have as much power as my old Juicy 5s. Hoping its just the pads that need bedding in. The hoses need trimming and swapping over but I can't be arsed to do that today so maybe tomorrow depending how hung over I'm feeling.

thats not good.

i took my brakes off
and have been trying pedal feebles on my opposite side. i can not get them, any pointers?

Back pedal? What are you not getting?

Way easier than peg feebles. Go FAST. Keep front tire going straight forward Push down hard on foot. Stay off sprocket/chain/shoes.
