got my 25t mds and khe collapse chain on today. Dry sprocket on dry chain felt rough, hopefully a little lube will bring it back tot he same level of crankflipability that my old set up had.

I fear I may have the same experience. Lubed it, spun it around, and when i let a crankflip rip it came around, but felt like I had a freecoaster on, like full force to kick a single CF. My buddy is real stoked on the chain and doesnt do that trick, so if it doesnt get better after a few rides I'll sell it to him.

WD40 is a degreaser.  It would have opposite effect.

Yeah, luckily my bike shop employment drilled it into my brain that WD40 should never touch a bike, so I went for the white lightning chain lube option.

Sure thing!

This was before I busted out the buffing wheels, so it's not quite as shiny as it is now, but you can still see some decent shine, especially on the rear triangle.

I was amazed how well that stuff worked, this was taken even before I could coat the entire frame! I went through about 3 pairs of gloves doing it though, haha.

I have it built up in my room right now, but the light outside is less than ideal. I'll get some better pictures tomorrow, maybe I'll post up bike check. :)

What did you use on your frame? Is that stuff available in Europe/Germany? I need to raw my frame as well.

Worried about my car getting broken into because I parked down the street from my house with my bike in the back. She's still there :)

The stuff I used was called "DS Super Remover". Trent recommended it to me, and I think it's only available in Canada, but apparently it's the same stuff as "Nitromors", which you might be able to get your hands on. It looks like this:

Bike Check

With enough lube and brute force, anything is possible.
