Swapped out my ragged Fly cranks , threw on some Powerbites , and put a new Animal GLH on the back

You can use an old pivitol seat bolt cut down to replace the drive bolt. I've done it to a few different sets of cranks

it should be m10 x 1.5, might be able to find something useable in the hardware store
