What did you do to your bike today? (v2)

Put on a few new parts. Swapped the tan walls out for some black FAFs, Aitken railed seat I scored on eBay for 15 bucks and possibly putting my Pitchfork XLTs back on.

Earlier I had a GLH-R tire on and you know how when you lift up your back end by the seat then let go so the wheel bounces? When I put this tire on it doesn't do that. It just drops like a rock and doesn't really bounce, it's the weirdest shit. Anyone else experience this? Doesn't effect the tire at all, I've just never seen a tire do that before.

Winter always makes me want to recolor my bike but paint stripper works like shit in the cold weather :/

Swapped wheels and pulled the fenders off my Fairdale, then tore the T-1 down to the frame to paint it.

My back was starting to hurt on monday at work after i rode the park so i put my tall ts and sxtn stem on the kink and it felt like ass despite alleviating some pain on my back. Big 4s went back on as soon as i got home. Then i ordered a sprocket for the T-1. I hope to have another wheelset so i can put the good set i just got on the barcode and whatever wheels i get, on the kink. Most likely ill just buy cranks and a seat setup so i can just have two complete bikes and the girlfriend wont be mad that our balchony has bike parts everywhere.

Went to my fav east coast bmx store for the first time and got to meet the dudes who have looked after me over the years. Was good to actually meet people rather than just phone and email convo's.

While I was there got a new cable for my front brakes and a United tire on the back to replace my well loved asm.

Still can't get nose picks.

Threw some paint on the T-1 on Monday, I'm letting it cure another couple days before full reassembly.

I also swapped pedal pins on the Spikes and cut them down 2mm. Much better now.

Finally put a new tube in after having a pinch flat around Christmas time. Rode around a bit. Felt good.

29:9 on the T-1. I think its staying the way i have it. Which means i need cranks and a wheelset for the kink now.

Put a fresh sticker set and a 39T Profile Elite spline drive on the new race frame (switching from 44-16 to 39-14).
Just waiting on the 14t cog to come in the mail and it will be done.

Damn keychain got messed up today, so no chain for the T-1. Back to the kink. Weird that my somewhat janky shadow manages to stay together with loose pins and odd noises.
I guess its user error on my part with the keychain.
