Where you would find a set I have no idea, they are made by GT and I had a set maybe 10 years ago.

Im going to be building up a brand new bike for the first time in the next few days. remind me where I should be putting grease and loctite.

If it moves grease it, if it is a static thread (like pedals, wheel or stem bolts etc) then coppaslip or some other anti seize is better but grease or oil is better than nothing.

Loctite has no place on most bikes. If you need it on spokes or anything like that then you are doing it wrong. IMHO.

Loctite and bikes does not mix ha,although my friend flipped some rhd wobolts over ran them lhd and locitited the pedals in.

Super stupid question now but what about where the stem clamps the steerer tube and where it clamps the bars?

i always grease the steerer, makes getting the stem on and off easier. never really thought to do the bar clamp tho, i usually leave that clean and dry

yesss definitely grease your seat post. you don't know frustration until you have to unseize a seized seat post.
