The only thing that matters to me about bmx anymore is just being able to ride the damn thing. Doesn't matter if I'm not learning tricks. As long as I'm riding, hanging with friends or alone, There is a smile on my face.

Are there any sweet chrome frames out there? (recent)

I only know of the Fit Wifi and a Cult frame.

Are there any advantages/differences riding a 74.5 degree head tube vs a 75.5?

unvert, or downside invert.  If the legs were straight it would be an unlookback, so you're reasoning is correct.

I wouldn't worry about it too much, Joe Rich has done a lot of unlookbacks with his front leg bent at the knee, and he's The Ultimate Male

the basic model does but its rubbish, (Wippermann Whitestar 108 chain)

not sure about the Wippermann Connex 1R8 chain

the large motorbike chain version does not work with a 10 tooth ratchet not enough clearance (Wipperman IG8)

Well, I don't think so. The axle must be threaded.
