Fixed gear bikes/ Post your big bikes V2

It's an aluminium sugino 170mm left sided JIS spec arm. They're pretty common spec cranks right?

Snapped this a couple weeks ago when the weather wasn't super shitty.
I've made some small changes and I'll post a newer pic soon.

Well I was riding today and smashed my pedal off a curb. Wasn't used to the low bb just yet. I've stripped the pedal threads in the crank arm. Gonna have to run around looking for a second hand one now. They're beyond repairing. Fuck

Today was a fucking disaster all together. Smashed my pedal and stripped the threads out. Managed to bodge it and started to head back home. Dynamo went out and killed my lights. Turned out to be the plastic connector clip had fallen out and gotten lost. Stole one from a city rental bike (sorry Dublin Bikes). 5 mins later the pedal falls off completely. Decided to get the Luas tram home. Was kicked off for bringing a bike onboard. Pedal 5 miles home with 1 pedal. Eating icecream now
Narcoleptic Insomniac:
Are you riding to Italy on platform pedals? If so you could get some lighter ones. I would think that when you're climbing the Alps every bit of weight you can save goes a long way.
