Have any of you rode Dalby Forest? If so, is it any good?

I've been to Dalby, not rode it though. The trails are pretty tame but it looks like a decent day out.

Dalby is ok, a bit tame but like Tom says, but it's a fun day out. The park is a laugh half way round. The last third or so of the red route is a bit boring. None of it's mega technical but there's some nice wooden things if you're into that kind of thing.

If you're coming up this way I'd probably go to Gisburn instead.
