Housing. My buddy just bought a house. 4 bed, 3 bath, 3 car garage. Brand new, just finished being built. $220,000.

I can move out another 7 or 8 suburbs and get house-land packages for 300k AUD, but facilities are limited and the schools suck dick.

In the process of buying a 2 bed terrace, grade 2 listed, long garden, for £170k. Which is cheap considering its in the south east.

I got a 3 bed semi detached with a decent size garden and driveway for £117k.. but then its in shitty Northamptonshire so allow for that haha.

2 living rooms, long garden, 5 bedrooms + 2 ensuites, downstairs toilet and a drive for £295,000. My parents house is being converted into flats...
