WTB - antigram axle - profile colum cranks + more

i need an aluminum axle for an antigram hub, 3/8ths ti bolts for gsport hubs
pleg sleeves

khe park/street tires,
tioga streetblock tires
I will buy worn out tires and boot-able tears are also fine, just no bubbles
2.1 or thinner

profile colum 22mm cranks,
ti spindle, 22mm 25t splined sprocket
solid bitch cranks would be rad as well
jcpc pedals or parts

thompson seatpost, chopped to hell is okay with me
s&m slim seat

grim reaper frame in 20.5, maybe a 21 if the price is right

dull black fly brakes, ss version iirc but it really doesnt matter

7 dollars? 12 dollars? what would be your guess?
could i ship them in a padded envelope? would i need a bigass "if it fits it ships" box?
