Your name is Justin right? You joined the navy and left...they are in burleson, private land, bobcat, atv type car to pack the landings, it's legit. Hit me up dude and I'll take you out there. 8178976073 also #sixocompound if you wanna see pics

Yeah man, that's me. I'm almost done with my time in, one year left. I'm thinking about opening up a shop either in dfw or down in Florida when I'm out. I really wanted to open a shop in DFW but it looks like RBM has got the market pretty good, unless I opened down in mid cities. I'll defiantly hit you up when I get back stateside.

If you wanna travel all the damn way to Richardson. I know a few guys there and they are rad as fuck, But Im not driving no hour to get to a bike shop/

True, it is a pretty far haul. I was thinking either HEB, Irving (by the park) or Downtown Fort Worth. I'd like to focus mainly on BMX, Cyclecross and commuter's.

I live in arlington by the new park. HEB area has Bikes Inc. Downtown has a shop. If you serious about this shoot me a pm as Id be down to turn wrenches part time for that fat Industry Pricing.

I had no idea a park even opened in Arlington. I'll have to check it out while I'm visiting my folks. I know Bicycles inc would be pretty rough to compete against but I think it could be done. I've even thought about Denton as an option as well, but I feel like it would be too far away from everything else to get a solid customer base. I feel like by a skatepark or prominent street area (like sundance square in Fort Worth or mockingbird in Dallas) would be my best bet, maybe even do a bike and board shop. I'll hit you up when I get in town in two weeks and we will go ride and talk more about it man. I'm still a year out from opening up a shop.

No market for a bmx shop in Fort Worth. You can try all you want, that shits not happening. It would just turn out like another foundry, and anyone riding longer than 10 years knows how that ended up.

Very true. I figured I'd kinda do like Liberty Bicycles(Bills bike shop) in Irving was. Be a normal everyday neighboorhood bike shop but heavily specialize in bmx/cyclecross. I know I couldn't live off of BMX alone, I saw what happened with the Foundry. I've been trying to get a hold of sean because I kinda want to buy the Foundry name from him.

There's two commuter specific shops just in downtown, but downtown Fort Worth is turning itself into Dallas, it's all super uppity frat looking people driving around in beamers and Porsches. I've immersed myself in Fort Worth scene for years, and I'm telling you any sort of bike shop will fail right now.

Sucks how much a place can change in just a few years. I remember back in 08 with nightriders, v-club, and half the mutiny team living in Fort Worth, a shop would have done great.

I wouldn't even know what to do with a shop on Magnolia Street besides hang out at the Chatroom and smash hipster broads.

i remember the glory days...it's not bad these days, private trails! Also I live about an 8 minute bike ride from the magnolia area, come party! I live with mat Olson, and we are about 15 minutes from the trails.

Private trails do sound dope. I'll try and come ride street, probably will be just riding a park since I have the old lady in tow with me.

That doesn't surprise me about chatroom, I used to go drinking there and 7th heaven all the time when I was in high school haha
