Second that emotion/erection

Zoidberg:
"In Christopher Nolan’s The Dark Knight, The Joker, played by the late Heath Ledger, is a charismatic and insane villain, who some fans believe was a veteran of the wars in Iraq or Afghanistan suffering from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. The theory comes from a story The Joker tells Harvey Dent in the second half of the film about a truckload of soldiers being blown up. This might also explain the character's disdain for the establishment and his proficiency with explosives, a bazooka, and automatic assault rifles."

This one is popular but it's always been kind of eh to me. Joker says a lot of stuff in the movie and suddenly one line is supposed to be truth of it all. Maybe but highly unlikely, people like to look into art forms and try to find hidden meanings but sometimes there are but what people come up is entirely different. This theory just comes off with too much a stretch. I like the Joker cause he's mysterious, you don't know what's wrong with him, how he became him or anything. He's just the Batman-souped up version of one those psychos who shoot places up.
