Where can I get sprocket hat washers (adapters) in bulk?

I have searched around and didn't really come up with much, I know someone trying to start doing small batches of heat treated full guard sprockets and he is looking into getting a bulk load of sprocket adapters for 22mm and 19mm spindles.

Does anybody here remember the websites for some of the major Taiwanese bike part manufacturers?

I would assume that if you buy them in bulk from a chinese factory you would have to buy tons of them.

Or look into a distributor  QBC Seattle bike supply etc, still be cheaper than buying at retail
