Screen Printing

Does anyone have any screenprinting experience? I was looking into the startup fee for getting some surfboard laminates made and the cost was ridiculous. I have some mild screenprinting experience while in college, so I figured that I should just do the laminates myself. I called a few friends and ended up with a flatstock table and vacuum exposure unit. Now I just need to figure out the right mesh and ink to use on rice paper. I was thinking something in the 230+ range with water based ink?
