Fit S3
« on: July 20, 2021, 08:25:08 AM »
Hello all, I believe I posted a while back about my wife tracking down my exact fit s3 I had in middle school.
Had this together for a little over a year and enjoyed it although the short top tube and long rear end (coming from my cracked BTM) made it tough to enjoy.
Last week I worked out a trade for this 20.75 Stranger Ballast frame for a set of new chrome 7ka's I had. First Taiwan frame I've been on in a decade but it's nice.

Frame : Fit S3 20.5
Forks: S&M pitchfork xlt-t
Bars : Fit Skyscraper
Stem : Fit DLT
Headset : Tree Cap w/ random bearings
Grips: Fit Tech
Barends : Fit
Cranks : Solid Bitch cranks
Pedals: Odyssey JCPC
Sprocket : Fit Keyguard
Chain : Odyssey Bluebird
Seat : Fit ECCD
Seat Post : Fit Railed
Seat Post Clamp: Fly Chromoly
Rear Wheel : Gsport Ribcage, Gsport Ratchet
Front Wheel : Gsport Ribcage, Gsport Marmoset
Pegs: 13 Year old animal OG'S
Tires : Fit FAF 2.25 Front, Fit FAF 2.3 Rear
Extras: S&M Pad, Blue6 chainring bolt.

I cleaned everything up including the gunky chain when I transferred everything over.
Look at the difference in Heat tube height between the two.
