Yes, I got my elementary stem today. There was a mix-up where he didn't respond for a week so I was nervous at the time. It turns out he just couldn't find the bolt, and I finally got a hold of him and told him to just ship it without it, so he did. But he did check bikeshops and such for one.  He's legit.
