I saw this Australian clay-mation movie called Max and Mary that I was really into. Who is Harry Nilsson was a good one too.

carpal tunnel in both wrists and arthritis....worst part is when I feel my right arm vibrating/shaking up past my elbow (if that makes sense)

it really makes me angry to the point of crying/freaking out sometimes, especially when I'm working on really intricate equipment at work and my hands freeze up, resulting in me dropping wrenches/bolts/tools and having to start over again.

I try to do hand/wrist exercises and take little breaks when working. When I'm home my fiance has this eucalyptus/mint lotion that she rubs on my wrists when I need it and it helps. Tiger balm works well too.

I tried wearing braces but all that does is hinder me and piss me off. I want to get surgery, but couldn't due to my woman being out of work until just a few weeks ago. Once my credit cards are payed off and we have a few grand in savings in going to schedule surgery. Hopefully by Christmas.

I hope you get better soon, carpal tunnel fucking sucks.

When're we going to see some flatland stuff?

1. When I get this paycut reversed and can afford to buy a go pro and tripod.
2. When I can build enough confidence in my riding to take video or something other than peg wheelies and pogos.
3. When I get more time to actually ride.
4. When I run out of excuses to film myself and commit to learning.

Lol

finally got to ride for the first time in like 2 weeks. Even though it was only 40~ minutes, I was happy. I noticed my brakes worked shitty and my tires were low on air but couldn't fix it since my woman took my truck to visit her sister and my tools were in the truck.

Boys,

Injured the old back 2nd time in 3 years. It's a bit fucked I need to use my vacation pay so I can rest up and get back to the daily grind. Americas labor laws blow, or maybe I should have went to college for that cush desk job. You be the judge

labor laws suck. I have carpal tunnel syndrome in both wrists and just pop ibuprofens throughout the day. I recommend whiskey.

I'm moving tomorrow and my fiance has a job orientation all day tomorrow. Hooray for moving furniture by yourself! I am considering going to Home Depot and hiring two guys to help me. $40 each for maybe 3 hours work sound ok or am I being stingy?

Also, what is the bolt for that has locktite on it, it has a cable sized hole in the side, that comes with Springfields? I appreciate the answers, i'm trying to setup brakes after not having them for 10 years.

that might be the knarp. cut the cable to the right size, insert the cable in the hole, and tighten the bolt down.

The Odyssey Springfield straddle cable is too long to work with my seattube brake stop. Is a shorter straddle cable my only option? If so, why can't i find one?

Sounds like it. Trim the cable down and use a knarp. https://www.danscomp.com/products-PARTS/512027/Odyssey_Knarps.html

Sounds like its not worth it to be honest. Unless you don't need money and you do it for fun.

It's really not a terrible living considering you can knock out 15-20 food runs, or 30-35 parcel runs in a day at the rates I mentioned above, if you're good enough.  I'm certainly not well-off by most standards, but I'm definitely not uncomfortable, either.  And it's way better than being in an office all day, which I've tried previously.

that would be the only reason I'd do it, I hate being in the lab/office all day. But with marriage, a baby, 2 dogs, and supporting my parents....I have no choice for now :( If you're happy, then that is all that matters.

Get a real job.
pickup truck deliveries are much more profitable, much less tiring
If you want to deliver, I recommend going this route.

Sounds like its not worth it to be honest. Unless you don't need money and you do it for fun.

I wish Odyssey would make flatware stuff again

They are still doing the forks, tires, and cranks. Now you can add freecoaster hubs to the mix! but yeah no more frames, grips or front hubs.

I want red frequency g tires. I'd style for the Dugan or Hawk tires in 1.95

thinking about getting a new headset and bottom bracket that don't have paint and grime on them.
