i cleaned and greased the posts but the brake will not hold even tension on both arms or center itself properly.

for a conventional V-brake, there should be 3 tiny holes on the frame right next to the v-brake lug, and you should see that the coil spring 'slots' into one of the three. they are for you to adjust tension. by slotting the coil spring into different holes you can get different amount of absolute tension, or tension relative to the opposite brake arm. that should give you a set up that works good enough for the arms/ brakepads to stay away from the rim when you're not pulling the brake lever

Place the brakes on the middle hole and bolt it to the frame. undo the little screw that tensions the v brake spring and stretch it out.

This is the same spring that is held to the middle hole. Do this so the v brake can have more tension.

Lastly tighten the screw in slightly and which ever brake  (Left or right) needs more tension, undo the contrary screw to carry it in or out.

If your going to carry a trailer you might as well have gears.

Watch some youtube videos and get these derraileurs going its nothing a few years of experience won't fix.

Hello kids,

I don't ride that much but it seems that im only going smaller on tires for my rear wheel. Why? A few pointers for the smaller sized tire are:

No need to upgrade your frame choices.

Most new frames now a days come with the 2.35 rear tire option. But I don't spend 389.99 bucks on a new frame. I just stick with the classics.

Your rear hub will last longer THIS

Am I right? Im not trying to prove anyone wrong but does it make sense a smaller tire weighs less than a big fat tire and therefor reduces the impact to your wheel hub?

I feel like kids now a days go through hubs and parts faster than we used to.

What other points do you approve for running smaller tires on the rear? Or do you already run the big fat tire.

Clutch Freecoaster.

It is very much the same as a ratchet but uses freecoaster internals.

All other specs besides helicoil inside the axle are the same.

i see how 100 dollar cranks can be atractive. However you can clearly see how bearings on 19 mm cranks get murdered after a few years of use. Can't say the same about 24 mm cranks and smaller bearings.

im looking into buying some 24mm fit indent cranks.
theyre on sale for cranks + sprocket for $150 and theyre overall about 2oz lighter than my twombolts.
but my main concern is that the they have been out for a while, no one is buying them and they will soon stop producing 24mm mid bb's
should i buy them anyways?

People always say how the bearings don't last.

No not prision just a comissary if you can call it. You get caught drunk and driving and you either pay a fine to leave or pay up with staying 48 hours. You still have to pay for your car impoundment.

I had a t-shirt company like 14 years ago (boy am I old...).

How it sells and what designs and types of shirts that will work depend on what market you go for.
Based on the type of shirt and design I would say it could work if you want to sell it to BMXers or people in similar groups that you hang out with.
Sales would best work if you sell it at jams or similar.

If you wanna sell it locally at a store or similar I would recommend a different type of shirt depending on how people dress where you live.

Thanks for your input. I need to aim my market since this is a company fueled by bmx only.

Or spend 900 bucks on a used old motorcycle. Fix it, Fall in love with it, sell it, buy another and repeat.

Only one has sold, to my riding buddy. I still havn't defined which niche I will be targeting.
