I've been using phil wood or park tools grease on all my bike stuff for ages now. i don't really know what the "right" grease to use it but id imagine practically anything would work, my old LBS swore by white lithium automotive grease

Most "Bicycle Grease" is just rebranded automotive/marine grease at a higher price point for a smaller package.

I bought some cranks from Ibike a like a month or two ago,  he was at NIU which is roughly 70 miles from my house.  We met up half way that day and everything was smooth.

Big as in diameter? Lets more light in... The power on mine is only 10x

The longer your focal length is, the larger your front elements need to be to achieve a larger aperture.

Larger aperture>more light but shallower Depth of field.

You can usually load 120 film in 620 cameras by sanding down the spool. Just in case you ever want to try it.

I did this a bit ago with an older kodak camera i got, still need to develop that roll.

I also have a couple of flashes (Vivitar 283 and a baby little junk thing) and Cactus V4s which I need more practice using, lots of film and a Plustek 7400 film scanner.

One thing i noticed when i was using V4's was that the battery connection in the receivers was real lose and wouldn't make good contact.  If yours is like this i'd recommend taking the whole thing apart and bending the connection out thats attached to the circuit board.  The connection thats closer to the edge of the receiver is just too weak and can break easily.

So i got a chance to look at an Illinois Foid card application.  It was funny some of the questions were: "are you retarded?" and  "are you addicted to narcotics?"

Kinda, i have part of a roll left in there.  It uses 620 film which is the same film as 120 but has a smaller metal spool.  With a little sanding you can get 120 to work, but you need to make sure you get the 620 spool back if you take it in for processing.

From upper left.

Kodak Duaflex II /w flash unit
Zeiss Ikoflex IIa
Nikon n5005 with 35-80mm 4D
Tamron 70-300 with tele-converter
Nikon n6006 with 35-70mm 3.3D
Phillips P536 (I have absolutely no clue what is up with this thing)
Pentax Spotmatic with 28mm 2.8
Leitz Leicaflex with Summicron-R 50mm 2
Zeiss Ikon Contiflex Super B with Pro-Tessar 50mm 2.8

I also have a Weston Master II meter that I've been using since neither of the Nikons are in working order and none of the other cameras have working meters.

Most of these cameras I inherited from my Grandfather and Mother since I'm the only member of my family who has any interest in this stuff at all. I know that my brother has my grandfathers Leica R3 MOT and I want to see if he'll send it to me to use. The flash was a gift from my brother but I can't find any information on this thing anywhere.
