I disagree. The style of filming that went along with VX1000/Mk I fisheye is what gave it the sense of speed. You can do the exact same thing with the right type of lens on an HD camcorder (ie: the Whale-eye).

Not offhand, but it's definitely out there. I think that it's just not as prevalent because the vast majority of filmers aren't going to spend tons of cash on a heavy lens that requires rails to mount properly.

Sad fact: The first time I saw this trailer, I turned it off when the stormtrooper's head popped up, because the look on his face is so fucking goofy that I figured that it had to be a parody.

edit: The goddamn soccer ball droid didn't help.

Yeah, yeah, yeah. Don't knock it until you try it, and don't buy into the "high bore axis" and "it's just another P250" BS. I was pretty skeptical (was literally a click away from ordering a VP9 LE instead), but decided to give it a go, and found it to exceed my expectations.

Picked this up a couple months back. The P320's definitely an underrated platform - I feel like it's been overshadowed by the VP9 hype, but it's a great shooter, with good ergonomics and the best striker-fired DA trigger that I've used so far. I'm seriously considering getting a second one.
