sheep pretty much hit the nail on the head with that one.
while you can make a fwd car powerslide/drift on dry asphalt, you have to be going pretty fast.

with a rwd/awd(depending how the drivetrain is set) you can drift at a much lower speed by using the popping the clutch into a turn or handbraking.

That car has a 2200(LN2) engine, not an Ecotec(L61). The Ecotec's are actually quite the litttle motor.

They have potential. The LN2 however, only a few have been putting down any major power.

Intake and exhaust are pretty much useless on a stock LN2. Porting the head would have gotten you some real numbers, it's horribly restricted in stock form.

yeah i looked into the vibrant they make sick shit for the cavalier, but i don't have the money for that and i am actually saving for a wrx. reason why i did what i did instead of that. and also because it is still a cavalier.

haha. doesn't matter to me.
i got it welded for free.
and i get my booze for free.
plus this is a better investment than skate 2 was for the same price.
beat that shit in 4 days.
sold it back and only got 25 fucking dollars.

anyway you'd actually be surprised at how it sounds, it's more like an evo/sti deep rumble rather than a high pitched lawnmower.

i'll record it for proof if you'd like.
