had similar issues, straightened up my chainline as much as possible and the problem lessened. the lack of sprocket clearance on modern frames makes this chain a bit of a headache

I just got a keychain and upon going to fit the chain, i noticed that the threads in the masterlink feel super tight and rough. G, what should i do? It seems as though the allen bolt doesnt want to tighten all the way up
