I don't think there is a best, they pretty much all suck in different ways.

I'm gettin the old 20 incher out, shes a bit rusty and in need of a new back wheel.
 My question to you guys is whats the best rear wheel setup out there now? I've noticed that theres a bunch of new stuff now that i've never heard of.
