Incredible! I’m jealous I don’t have the equipment to learn how to do shit like this. I love it

5'7"

He made a thread about looping out sometime in the last couple months

He is correct, hence the slammed bars/flipped stem and slammed seat

I tried lower bars. I swapped out my Credence 8.7 rise for Grand Slams 8.25 but it didn’t really help much

I’m 5’7”, riding a 20.5 frame. I’ve lengthened my chain stay length recently yet, for some reason I’m still landing back-end heavy every time I ride trails, especially when I try to tuck for height. I’ve tried to correct this consciously while riding, but it’s still happening.

Do I need a longer top tube? I feel comfortable on my bike, but it feels twitchy in the air, almost sketchy.

Current frame is a Fit VH3. 74.5 HT, 13.75 CS, 11.7 BB & 20.5 TT.

Thanks

Thanks for the link! It's very helpful however, I'm wondering how accurate it is, because based on the calculations it is saying there is only 1mm difference between an S&M ATF and a Credence MOD frame as far as wheelbase goes, assuming the same CS length. I always thought .5° in headtube angle was .15" (3.81mm). Granted, the MOD BB is .1" lower.

Hello,
I'm trying to figure out the wheelbase of two different frames to compare because the geometries are much different. After looking online for over an hour, I cannot seem to figure out how to calculate the overall wheelbase to any frame. Could someone help me figure out the wheelbases to each of these frames but also how to calculate frame wheelbase for future use?
Thanks

Frame one:
TT: 20.5
CS: 13.625
BB: 11.7
ST: 8.75
SA: 71°
HT: 74.5°

Frame two:
TT: 20.5
CS: 13.625
BB: 11.8
ST: 8.5
SA: 71°
HT: 75°

Assume Odyssey R32 fork

Best in show. Have you had an S&M that wasn't knackered?

In like, 2001 I had an NG Dirtbike that would still be alive if a car didn't run it over. Other than that, I haven't had any good luck with S&M frames yet. Although, I've had 4 Fits that are still around, and people are still riding them.

Sell and Swap / MasterofPuppets
« on: June 23, 2010, 09:56:50 PM »
I sent MasterofPuppets a Profile 3-piece axle and an S&M padset on 05-26-2010, and he agreed to send me $60. He lives in the same state as me, and received the stuff the next day. Today is 06-23-10 and I have yet to receive the money I was promised. I've sent him numerous messages on here, and although he swears he will send the money, he has yet to do it. Any suggestions ?
