What did you do to your bike today? (v2)

I was going through some of my parts stash and decided to take apart my cruiser wheels (joytech clones w/alienation runaways) and lace up a couple chrome 24" odyssey hazard rims I had laying around.  I even found some old black double butted spokes for the front wheel.  This is my bar cruiser and am starting to ride it at the trails now too.

The scary thing(although not smart) was that i kept riding them for the day because all i had seen was to top crack so i thought cruising around on them would be fine due to the bottom still being intact. Anyways i continued to still ride rails and stuff. Not smart haha.

I am really doubtful about having a crash replacement so i better start saving for some forks.

What cruiser frame is that?

I swapped out my challenger stem for a Fit BF stem which caused me to curse alot. The steer tube on my fork is too large and my star nut wants to pull out instead of tighten the headset....

Put a new seat on and raise my post half an inch.

Rode 1 handed to the gas station for smokes and a brew..

It felt good, but not as good as hitting a nice handrail would have been.

The gussets are awesome.  My wife has been needing my name carved into her for about a decade.

^ That looks amazing, with that stem it looks better than a flush counterbore.

Thanks! I really love how this stem looks, especially when matched with a Tree cap. It could be sitting totally flush if I trim my forks down a little bit. I'm real lazy about that though, so it'll probably stay this way for a while.
