Anyone knows where the year would be on it?

I would imagine that the serial number would point you in the right direction with a quick internet search.

Finally rode it with pegs on. Bit more fun as now I'm able to feeble every foot high ledge, and do sweet peg manuals and flatlandy 360 back wheel/peg spin things.

I've been trying to put new tires on my road bike and I keep getting pinch flats just installing the fucking things (I am using a Quik Stik). Wheels are 27", tires install fine without the tubes but when tubes are added to the mix it's like they are too fat.
Please enlighten my dumb ass.

Goddamn it, OK. But I think it's going to conjure up memories of Primo Walls on Hula Hoops.

are they new tubes? If they are blow them up first and let all the air out.

Built up my new Wave-C and right now I'm building some Tree hubs to 24inch Rhyno Lights to put on my Model-C.

I had a Carlos kind of night. Was going to go for a ride on the DB24 and discovered the front tire was flat. Drove to the bike shop and got a tube. Installed the tube and headed out. Made it a little over a mile before I heard a hiss hiss hiss coming from the back end. Ran over a fucking nail just long enough to puncture the tire/tube. Since the puncture was so tiny I was able to make it home before it went completely flat. Went back to the shop and bought two tubes, installed the rear tube and decided to drink beer instead of going for a ride.

I feel ya, that's how it is down here in Mexico sometims! I threw away so many tubes back in the day before I realized patching works great.

I only patch in an emergency. Whenever I'd try to patch to save a tube and continue riding it, the patch would always fail at the most inopportune time. Yet I had friends that could run tubes with a dozen different patches and never have any of the patched areas fail. :dunno:
