Broke it. Down to 33 spokes in a 48h wheel. Safe to say I need to rebuild it.

switched from a life of 25/9 to 28/9 and its like i rediscovered bmx. everything is better. riding around is so much fun. youre just going fast all the time.

Picked up my cult coaster laced to some pinned éclat rim with a cult guard. Plus a butter peg and a s&m cymbol dsg

Went for a ride yesterday on my awkward setup it was fun but hats off to those who praise the long ass rear ends. I couldn't get into a manual comfortably and Icepicks weren't even in the equation. When I move I'll be able to build up a proper feeling bike.

Obviously it's personal preference and all that but if I remember correctly you change your bike an awful lot?*

If you stuck with it for a couple of sessions you'd probably just get used to it, the same with any other bike.

True most of the frames I get on purpose have shorter rear ends though and I just switch because i get bored but kind of keep similar setups. I'm on an old fbm right now though until I move. I'm borrowing it to get back and forth to work with while I fix my car as the weather permits.

I tore down my DH bike on Friday so that I could sell the Fox 40RC2 off it. The dude and I both traveled an hour to meet up. It was a great experience. The guy was pushing late 40's he was deaf and his wife was partially as well. I had a good time talking to the pair of them about riding, wrenching, parts and traveling the world to ride.

At first I was kind of bummed that my DH bike would be down without a fork as the Pro GRT race series starts in a few weeks but now I don't even care about missing out. I was stoked to see someone just loving riding as much as I do.
