3/8 UNC = 8mm
3/8 UNF = 8.5mm

Been a while since I did one of these but I'd assume it's the UNC...

Front brake cable? Odyssey Linear or just the cheap slic cable they offer?

Basic Odyssey Slic. The linear wont bend as tight.

Will the Sunday Seeley peg sleeves fit on Pleg 2 inserts?

Are the Seeley pegs the "4.5 inch plegs"  that were rumored a few months (years? I can't keep track of time) ago?

No and no.

does anyone know what size bearing a diatech headset uses?

http://diacompe.longwang.com.tw/product/cb-2/

this is the headset in question, it's on my old WTP frame but I lost the top bearing. I'm trying to avoid buying another headset, but if nothing comes up I'll bit the bullet on it.

1.
2. how does leaving your bike in the rain from time to time destroy your bottom bracket? I would like clarification on this process
3. tree screw in bar ends or par ends: pick one
4. I want some column cranks. or any other 22mm spline drive, bossless cranks: anything new out there?
5. I'm looking at my bike and can't remember what question one was.
6. where can I get 2.25 folding microknobbies?

3. Par ends. Plastic doesn't get (too) sharp.

I'm running a Dirt Harry lever- Odyssey Slic cable-Odyssey hanger- Odyssey Springfield brakes- Odyssey Ghost pads. Everything is new.  They slip and squeal so fucking loud, and will not lock up. What am i doing wrong?

Sand pads and clean rim with citrus degreaser. Might still squeal but at least your brakes will work. Worked for me

i would also recommend a linear cable, much better. I don't know if i'm the only one, but those ghost pads didn't work very well for me. I'd get clear slim by four odyyssey pads instead. When you get your cable, marinate the inside of it with lube too.

am i right in thinking that a normal solderless nipple would work to run dual cable? dont fancy paying almost a tenna for the odyssey ones.
