Trying to find the perfect house is stressful as hell when you make the mistake of looking at the SSTC houses on Rightmove and wish you had started to properly search a week earlier.

I just completed on my first house 3 weeks ago, feels good. But was definitely a lot of hassle - took 3 months from offer to completion, and we had to chase the solicitors and bank quite a bit. BUt its definitely worth it
