It says the G-Sport ribcage/simian hub front wheel... It's just the hub guard not wheel. When the picture shows the G-sport elite wheel."

Im pissed i ordered this and it says its front wheel not hub

I messaged the seller, CyclingPros, and this is the response I got.

Hello,

I wish I could, but that is an error of Amazons ASIN system then, and not anything I can change.

Thanks,
Cyclingpros

Honestly, who thinks they're gonna get a G-Sport wheel for $23.00? It is misleading, but you have to be a moron to think you are getting that wheel for that amount of $.

I didn't try to order it myself.

But, no I don't think you'd have to be a moron.  Huge online retailers sometimes sell old stock just to get it out of the way.  I've seen stuff on jensonusa.com marked down 75% from original retail.

This actually shows it to be marked down:

Too bad you can't use PayPal with Amazon. That seller would be fucked.

The people selling that item and giving that excuse is complete bullshit, am I correct in assuming you can actually change the title, description and photo's on Amazon just like on eBay or any other selling site, I'd be shocked if it can't be changed.

Plus look at the retail price which has been marked down from the price of a complete wheel, this seller is definitely trying to pull a fast one and seems to be working for now.

Yeah that is completely misleading. Fault lies with the seller here. Picture, weight, description and original price are all wrong.

I wrote a response thinking that you had ordered it but re-read it and realised it was just comments from elsewhere. It will be related to the product data that they send to Amazon, it happens to me at work with the Google Shopping page whereby our submitted data is perfect but they advertise ridiculously cheap prices. Fortunately in our case it links through to our site where they see the correct price, but I imagine Amazon works differently and you don't go through to the stores own website. I'm surprised they didn't pull the product after the first message!

we sell some items in house from other vendors but some items ship direct from vendors and just use the amazon site to sell items.
