Bikeguide not refreshing properly.

When I click each link it doesnt refresh, and unless I manually click f5 it just loads up the page as the last time I saw it. I dont know why and its the only website/forum I go on that does it. Its pretty annoying and just makes it take a few seconds longer each time. Wondering why?

I had the same problem. I was using Internet Explorer 7 and for some reason it did this for other sites as well. I reccomend ditching it and getting Opera. That's what I did and it was a good decision.

Its internet explorer 7 yes, but it is only this forum, nothing else which leads me to beleive its either this forum, or my computer doesnt like this forum.

Certain tricks can be done to stop it from my end, but they increase server load like crazy. The other sites may be doing that or using a different forum program.

Check how your browser  handles internet cache and checks for newer version of pages. It is probably set to automatic.

I hate I.E., especially 7. I swear it was designed by Stevie Wonder and Ray Charles.
