Quick Questions

Found out that the reason my Ody v3 driver is skipping is because one of the pawls gets stuck when it's pushed down. Do I need a new C-clip, pawl or both?

Take a flathead screwdriver and open up the end of the pawl a little with it. I recall having to do this a few times with mine.

I don\'t think anyone is going to literally kill her. She\'ll probably just get thrown in jail and get raped a bunch.

I need some thoughts on what color brake pad to run with black rims. I have been using the red Odyssey slim by fours with a chrome rim for years and I loved the ability to feather and stop abruptly. I recently put a black rim on with some clear slim by fours and after one session I am not feeling them. It seems like they have zero stopping power until they lock up completely.

Anyone running the red/salmon pads with black rims? Is your braking Ok?

i think the salmon is a softer compound than the clears, in which case they should solve your issue.

I think that's wrong. The clear pads seem too soft, whereas the red/salmon are supposed to be a medium density. I am just curious if the red/salmon will work on colored rims.

Is there anyone who makes a u-brake lever with reach adjust? I'm too used to mtbs and hate how far away bmx levers are. I'm far too used to having one finger covering the brake at all times.

A lot of Tektro levers have the little screw for it. Paul levers do too if you feel like spending £40. Everything is loads easier if you don't cover the lever though, advice coming from someone who does hold the lever 90% of the time.
