ridiculous.

if you could be bothered to read through that, you'll probably appreciate this (cars and fabrication-related)...

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7hCPODjJO7s

This needs a warning. That:-

1. There is hours of that stuff. and
2. It isnt finished yet...

Really enjoyed watching it, but now I need to see it finished...

:)
G.

a couple of new episodes are up. this thing is madness! seems like none of the original car is left.

That is awesome, that Nick fellow sure knows how to fab and the amount of welding DAMN, love watching these.

CAD, cardboard aided design, had me in stitches...

I'm up to Ep 6, loving it.

The last one is episode 8 from December 24, 2014.  Hopefully there's a new one coming soon.

Holy shit that Mini build is awesome. I love their dry British humor as well.

Does anybody know more videos like that Project Binky? I really like videos where they show what they do and how they do it, instead of just saying 'Yeah we replaced this, channeled that etc".

good god, that shaman brings some of my best memories. i'm currently away from home, dug on some online storage and found one picture, don't know if it's viewable by the public - please let me know.

this was when the bike was still in semi decent shape, only the seat was fucked. looking back i really don't understand why i rode every part to death. like when things get worn, i buy new ones and often in bulk (dozens of tires and grips, 2 chains and a few pairs of pedals etc) and never bother putting them on. i guess with work limiting time availalble for riding i just wanted to spend on my time riding it.

i'll dig thru my backups for some pictures when i get home in a day or two, maybe we can start a nostalgia bike thread! i also think i have more pictures of G's old bike that G has himself
