Housing. My buddy just bought a house. 4 bed, 3 bath, 3 car garage. Brand new, just finished being built. $220,000.

I can move out another 7 or 8 suburbs and get house-land packages for 300k AUD, but facilities are limited and the schools suck dick.

In the process of buying a 2 bed terrace, grade 2 listed, long garden, for £170k. Which is cheap considering its in the south east.

I got a 3 bed semi detached with a decent size garden and driveway for £117k.. but then its in shitty Northamptonshire so allow for that haha.

Cheers for the support, ive cancelled all my cards before they could get any money. Phones insured too.  Filed a police report and have a meeting booked with a police investigator for tomorrow morning. I've a few friends here who've lent me money until i can get a new card sent out. Got to meet the irish ambassador for Malta which was nice. Cool guy.
